Problem
The care agency ran a slow WordPress site with no German version and no form that finished recruitment. Candidates dropped off on calls and emails before an offer existed.
Solution
I built a bilingual PL/DE Next.js portal with a multi-step recruitment form, server-side PDF generator, and local SEO for Germany and Poland.
Dynamic i18n routing (PL/DE) with hreflang for SEO
Multi-step form with validation and a progress bar
Server-side PDF generator for offers and guides
LocalBusiness structured data for visibility in Germany
Mobile-first — 70% of traffic from phones

Google DE rankings for “Betreuung Polen” and “Opieka Niemcy praca” moved from page 5 to page 1.
“Before launch I was losing candidates almost every day — they quit before finishing the form. Now applications arrive on their own, with a ready PDF, and the site is on page one in Germany. It changed our whole recruitment process.”

The left side is a reconstruction of the typical pre-migration look — original screenshots were not archived.

Migracja z WordPressa na Next.js 16. Dodanie wersji DE, wieloetapowego formularza z generatorem PDF i optymalizacji lokalnego SEO w Niemczech.
Stack and scope

A combat-sports startup needed a fast funnel: a landing for Alpha signups and a platform where athletes find sparring partners instead of hunting Facebook groups.

The clinical dietitian had no website — no EBM authority in Google, no online booking. Patients couldn't check calorie needs before a visit.
