Is this installments or a subscription?
Both in one monthly amount. Part pays off the build — after the contract the code is yours. Part is care: on-page SEO, uptime and rank monitoring, hosting, backup, tickets. After 12 or 24 months you can drop care. It is not a subscription you can never leave.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Setup for a business website from 2,400 PLN. Store 6,000–10,000 PLN, app 8,000–14,000 PLN. The rest is spread across monthly installments.
Can I choose 12 or 24 months?
Yes. With 24 months the monthly payment is lower, but the contract lasts longer. With 12 months the payment is higher but you get the code sooner. Both options end with a full code transfer to your GitHub.
What happens after the contract ends?
After the contract ends (12 or 24 months) you receive the full source code on GitHub. You can continue care with us (new contract) or take over the site yourself.
What if I want to cancel early?
The contract is for 12 or 24 months. Early termination means paying the remaining build (one-time quote minus setup and installments already counted toward the build). Code goes to GitHub after settlement — no free walk-away with the repo.
Are SEO and monitoring included in the rate?
Yes. Every rate includes technical on-page SEO, Google rank monitoring, 24/7 uptime monitoring, hosting, SSL, backup and tickets. Higher plans: blog content, Core Web Vitals, link building and a strategy call.
What are tickets instead of hours?
Instead of counting hours, we use a ticket system. 1 ticket = 1 specific change (e.g. text update, image swap, price list update). A new subpage or integration is quoted separately. This way you know exactly what's included.
Can landing pages be on installments too?
No. Landing pages are deployed as a one-time project. We offer a Care Package for them — hosting and 1 ticket/mo with no commitment, from 150 PLN/mo.
